I just wanted to tell you guys at Psychout that you put on a really good show in Byram last month. We were at the fight in Hattiesburg this month put on by fightforce and I was not impressed. The fights were good but the show itself, (lights, music, sound system, fighters entrance area, etc.) really sucked! Great job guys. Keep up the good work!

We actually have a girl fighter who wants on the card but have not found anyone to fight her she is from germany she weighs about 130 so if yall put a girl match up holler at me.

Keep thoughts and prayers for a fellow Mississippi MMA fighter Randy Vanlandingham. He was in a automobile accident on his way to Mississippi Army National Guard drill this morning. We were just told by our chain-of-command that he is brain dead.
Last month at Camp McCain he and I sat talk in length about his upcoming fight in Vicksburg. I told him without a doubt that I would be at this one as it is in my home town.

My chain-of-command put out information that was completely inaccurate and I sincerely apologize to any of Randy’s family and friends.
Here is Randy Vanlandingham’s current situation:
Randy and his girlfriend were headed to the movies when they were involved in an automobile accident. Randy suffered a broken neck and is at Univeristy of Mississippi Medical Center critical care unit in Jackson, MS. Randy was taken off of sedation Monday, December 8, where he is expected to make a full recovery in three to four months.
Again I am sorry for any confusion that I may have caused due to the information breakdown within my unit.

does anyone know if that big dude with the huge cross tattoo is fighting in this vicksburg fight he seemed to be a crowd favorite and we havent seen him lately
The only (big dude with a tattoo) that I can think of is Wes Shivers. I am not sure if its a cross or not though.
yea he was in wes shivers corner they trained together i think he was a fireman and he won that same night that wes fought. i have seen him fight a few times in memphis and louisainia but not recently around here
Only one I can think of that might fit who you are talking about is Anthony Mitchell – he trains with Wes – won earlier that night – don’t know about him being a fireman though – does construction/remodeling.

no this guy fought in vicksburg with wes he was one of the original starters of psychout with brian, and brad he has been fighting out of state for a while. He is a good fighter just wondering when he might fight for psychout again
you guys are talking about JB he is a firefighter in ridgeland, i was told he had an accident and had to have a few surgeries but should make a full recovery, he told soomeone that he would be ready to fight again around summer of 09 at around 215 lbs

Ha ha – if you missed last night – you missed a GREAT show!!! Kudos to all the fighters – what a night, what a night!!!
Over all a good show but nothing great about it. Fighters did great but the dancing in the cage and way to many problems throughout the show to make it a great venue. Tickets should have been no more than $15 each. The turn out was pretty sad to at best 50%. Lets hope Brian and his crew can do better next time. We know other shows have been great but this one had the whole Elite XC Circus behind it.
Way to go Babalu! There is no doubt about it this time. KO in the first round.

I hated that we missed the show! We heard that there were some great fights. Congrats to you all involved! It is a long way to drive from Jasper, Alabama when Brad (Mongo) is not fighting! lol. We are looking forward to making it to the next show. Brad decided to take off December since his last fight against Wes Shivers in Biloxi last month.
