Ko fitness and mma’s record means nothing. MMA in this part of the US is at a lower level than it is on the west coast. Its like having 40 career fights against beginners. Whats their record against some of the schools that have had title contenders in the UFC.

I couldn’t help but notice that Best In Jackson hasn’t commented since May 21st. KO & all of it’s fighters have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that they train hard & fight hard. Caged in the Coliseum weigh-ins will be held Friday June 24th 5pm at the Electric Cowboy on Ridgewood Rd. Everyone come out and show your support. Fighters will be avaliable for pics and autographs. UFC vet Houston Alexander and Ultimate Fighter contestant Charlie Raider will be present!
